The Five Dysfunctions of a Team

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop is based on the New York Times best-seller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, by Patrick Lencioni. This learning experience will help any team take its first steps towards greater cohesiveness and productivity. Using powerful exercises, teams will make significant progress in each of the five fundamentals: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results. The workshop can be held in half day, one or two day session, as well as in multiple modules. Upon completion of this training, team members will:

  • - Be able to make substantial progress toward becoming a more cohesive team
  • - Take the first steps toward building trust and understanding conflict style
  • - Establish a plan for making progress toward commitment, accountability and results
  • - Have a basic understanding of the degree to which the team meets their expectations

Improving Team Dynamics

This training will help individuals better understand how their MBTI results influence team involvement. This revised and expanded edition features new descriptions of the eight preferences and their influence in the workplace, along with an in-depth discussion of six core issues: communication, team culture, leadership, change, problem solving/conflict, resolution and stress. Includes information on how individuals of each type typically lead, how they influence others, how they contribute to a team and how they can maximize effectiveness in a team.  Upon completion of this training program, team members will:

DISC training is relationship management training. It's about taking a responsible role in resolving conflict and transforming working relationships into partnerships. Team Building: Roles and Responsibilites

This session is designed for intact work teams. Participants will be guided through a process of understanding the components of an effective team. Their role in the process is emphasized in addressing ways to make their team more effective. This session will not address management or team leader responsibilities; it is intended for all team members. Upon completion of this training, team members will be able to:

Conflict Management for Teams
