Dr. William H. Lauffer, D.B.A., SPHR
Managing Partner

Dr. Lauffer has over 35 years of hands-on management and human resource experience providing focused leadership and building effective management teams working in bothstart-up entrepreneurial firms and corporate environments.  His diverse industry background includes technology development and implantation, project management, real estate and banking, hospitality, and human resources outsourcing.  During his 8 year tenure at a Fortune 250 PEO firm, he provided small and medium sized companies with results driven performance management and leadership development solutions. Bill has also been responsible for global enterprise-wide software implementation projects for both human resources and learning managment systems.

The programs Dr. Lauffer designs and conducts always incorporate the latest techniques, ideas and tools in the field of management to help organizations achieve their maximum potential. He also has the expertise to design customized training programs to accommodate the unique needs and requirements of each organization.

Dr. Lauffer holds a D.B.A. in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, an M.B.A. in from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.  His professional interests include organizational systems analysis, organizational behavior modification, high performance learning systems, employee motivation and job satisfaction, and employee selection and placement.  Bill has also taught business strategy and human resources as an adjunct instructor at Florida Atlantic University and overseas.



Lori B. Long, M.Ed, LMHC
Managing Partner

Lori has over 20 years of experience as a behavioral change professional working with a variety of individuals and organizations. She received her graduate degree in Psychology from The University of Virginia and her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Philosophy from The University of Tampa. Lori’s experience includes 23 years in practice as a psychotherapist. In that capacity, she identified problems, offered direction and solutions, and facilitated behavioral change.  Lori also has teaching experience as a faculty member at Florida Keys Community College, Palm Beach State College and Florida Atlantic University. As a professional speaker, Lori has presented at national conferences, including the American Association for Counseling & Development and The American Society for Training & Development.

Lori has had extensive experience providing training and workshops in a variety of organizations. She develops and compiles employee needs assessments to determine the perceived training needs within an organization and designs training programs to accommodate those needs. Delivery of training is Lori’s greatest strength as she facilitates interaction among employees and makes training sessions fun for everyone.  

Coaching is one of Lori’s areas of expertise, where she is able to use her many years as a psychotherapist to help clients identify goals and develop a strategy to achieve those goals. She is also able to take coaching and training to a deeper level so that clients and participants are able to understand underlying motives and resistance to change. With a direct, yet compassionate approach, Lori blends clear and factual assessment with caring and support to help her clients make important changes, both in their personal and professional lives.

Patricia Russo, MSW, LCSW

Pat is a mental health clinician who have been practicing for over 20 years in the Pam Beach area. She received her graduate degree from Adelphi University in New York and her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business from Hofstra Univerisity. She has provided a range of mental health services in a variety of settings. Her clinical practice includes individual, group and family therapy. Pat has also been an adjunt professor for several universities.

As a facillitator, Pat develops and presents workshops that focus on business needs and clinical interests. She has worked with both government and nonprofit organizations. It is Pat's firm belief that ongoing training brings company employees and management together to develp a more cohesive outlook that benefits everyone. Enhancing communication and staff development is a wonderful starting point or organizational growth and success. Focusing on this vision throughout the training process is one of Pat's strengths.



Marc Flamer

Marc has extensive experience as an educator and trainer.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Guidance and Psychological Services from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts.  He received certification in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University.  Marc is a seasoned educator, with a background in both guidance and administration.  He founded two Survivors Charter Schools in West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach, Florida, where he served as principal.  Marc developed and initiated the first conflict mediation program in the Palm Beach County school system where he trained teachers, counselors and students to become proficient in resolving student conflicts.  As a former Supreme Court mediator, Marc modeled effective communication skills and facilitated meditation sessions to a variety of clients and school system employees.

Marc has teaching experience as a DUI instructor and faculty member at Palm Beach State College.  He presented orientation sessions to hundreds of students at the college.  As a corporate trainer, Marc has experience training a variety of clients in customer service.  He also has extensive sales experience in the death care industry where he presented educational seminars on the importance of pre-planning to large groups of potential clients.  Marc has applied his sales background and training experience to develop and deliver extraordinary sales training in a variety of industries.  He makes training informative and fun for everyone.
